Special events

Sunday 17:00: Registration at Churchill College.
Sunday 19:30: Icebreaker barbecue at Churchill College.
Tuesday and Thursday afternoons: poster sessions
Wednesday afternoon: Excursion – tours of Cambridge and Kings College Chapel.
Wednesday 19:30: Banquet at Homerton College.

Oral instructions

Oral presentations are 15 minutes in total (12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes of questions).

Poster instructions

The maximum size is 1.22m wide by 0.91m high. These will therefore hold A0 LANDSCAPE only – or A1 portrait.

Two poster sessions will be organised, on Tuesday and on Thursday afternoons.
