Please go to the link on the IGS site to submit you abstract(s). Poster and oral presentations are being accepted. Decisions on acceptance of abstracts will be made after the deadline by the Scientific Editorial Committee (chair: Prof. Tony Payne, University of Bristol)

All fees are in Sterling, £, and include all lunches, teas/coffees, and two evening meals with wine. Only extra costs are therefore three evening meals and flights/transport to Cambridge. (We have block booked accommodation at £60pppn in the College).

The fees include the Icebreaker, the Symposium Banquet, lunch (Mon–Fri) daily morning/afternoon coffee and biscuits and the mid-week excursion.
The fees for non-members include online membership of the IGS for 2015. IGS membership is £74 or £37 for early career scientists, and also gives you access to all volumes of Annals of Glaciology.

If you cannot do this, contact the IGS office directly. If payment by credit card is not possible, contact the IGS office to arrange for a bank transfer. The ‘Early-bird’ deadline for registration is 20 May 2015. After 20 May the registration fee will be as indicated in the table above. A late registration surcharge of £100 will be added after 27 July 2015.
ACCOMPANYING PERSONS: The accompanying person’s registration fee includes the icebreaker, the mid-week excursion and symposium banquet. It does not include tea/coffee, lunch nor attendance at symposium sessions.
